| The little gook store outside the north end of the compound at Liberty Bridge. They sold a few food items and I can't remember what else. There was homemade bread with little rocks in it. There was also an item that most of us Americans had never seen before - "gook" noodles. Now they are abundant in America. You call them Ramen noodles. Believe it or not, rocky bread and gook noodles were a welcome change from the c-rations we were used to. Anybody know who the guys are with their backs to the cam.
